Rocket's founding client, TravPRO Mobile celebrated the successes of two clients when the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) hosted its annual Adrian Awards in Boca Raton, Florida last month.
Trade-facing digital platforms developed by TravPRO for both The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and Lindblad Expeditions were recognized in two separate categories.
The HSMAI recognized the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism’s ‘Bahamas Agent Program’, which launched in February 2021, with a Silver Adrian Award in the Recovery Marketing category. The key objective for this new program was to expand the Caribbean DMO’s global reach, providing advisors with the knowledge and tools to participate in destination recovery, which the Ministry succeeded in doing, with help from TravPRO.
The effectiveness of the program was measurable, thanks to the integrated Bahamas Rewards, for which all registered advisors have access to participate. In 2021 the rewards program verified over $3.7m in bookings which, whilst beyond expectations, was in line with other factors such as the destination’s early reopening and pent-up demand from its core market of the U.S. There are now over 2,500 advisors registered for the program and over 1,700 graduates.
Another TravPRO product, Lindblad’s ‘Expeditions 360’ program was recognized by the HSMAI with a Bronze Adrian Award in the Digital Marketing Innovation category. With two recently-launched ships, the objective for Lindblad Expeditions–National Geographic was to provide travel advisors with engaging and useful tools to help promote and sell expeditions, whilst emphasizing the strict health and safety measures in place on board.
The multi-modal Expeditions 360 platform features sections dedicated to learning and retention as well as individual showcases for all 15 vessels in its fleet. Furthermore, the real-time CMS enables the Lindblad team to update content in line product and regulation changes, of which there were of course many as the cruise sector emerged from lockdown.

Since launching in August 2021, Expeditions 360 has over 800 advisors registered and using the program, and over 500 graduates. With TravPRO’s expertise in the mobile learning space, Expeditions 360 helped Lindblad secure bookings to the value of $1.9m between August and December 2021.
